Healthy French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices wheat bread, preferably sugar free by Natures Own
    2 egg whites or egg substitute
    1 spoonful vanilla flavored whey protein
    skim milk
    sugar free syrup
    dash of cinnamon
    sliced bananas, optional
Preparation
    Mix eggs, whey protein, cinnamon and skim milk to desired consistency for dredging the bread in.
    Dredge bread slices in mixture and cook in a hot non-stick skillet.
    Once on your plate, top with sugar free syrup or sliced bananas.
