Mex Style Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
    1 tsp. chili powder
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    16 oz. canned whole tomatoes, drained
    grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine sausage, onion and green pepper in heavy skillet.
    Cook until sausage is brown, stirring to crumble.
    Drain well.
    Stir in other ingredients except cheese and sour cream.
    Cover and reduce heat and simmer 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in sour cream, cook until thoroughly heated.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
