Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    6 Velveeta cheese slices
    pepper to taste
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and onion in saucepan until tender.
    Drain well. Place potatoes in baking dish.
    Blend flour and margarine in saucepan.
    Add milk and cheese.
    Cook over medium heat until cheese melts, stirring constantly.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Add pepper and salt.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
