Cafe Mudslides - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. instant coffee
8 oz. coffee creamer
1 c. crushed ice
vanilla ice cream

Preparation

In blender, combine coffee and creamer until frothy. Add ice and blend until smooth. Add ice cream 1 scoop at a time and blend to desired consistency.
