Cracklin' Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. self-rising corn meal
2/3 c. self-rising flour
1 egg
1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cracklins, crushed
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into hot, well-greased pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Or cook on top of stove in greased iron skillet.
