Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2- 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, slightly undercooked and drained
1/4 c. chopped onions
1- 11 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 stick butter
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients. Place in a deep casserole dish and top with cracker crumbs, then dot with butter.
