Baked Crispy Chicken (Honey Mustard) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine (1/2 stick)
    3/4 c. dried bread crumbs
    1/8 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 garlic clove
    8 medium chicken thighs (about 2 lb. any chicken pieces)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In a large roasting pan (15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch) in oven melt butter.
    Remove pan from oven.
    Combine bread crumbs and pepper.
    Set aside.
    In large bowl, mix mustard, honey, lemon juice, ginger and garlic.
    Add chicken pieces and mix until coated, then coat with bread crumb mixture.
    Arrange chicken, skin side down in melted butter in roasting pan.
    Bake 35 minutes.
    Turn chicken and bake 10 minutes longer or until golden brown and fork-tender.
    (Cooking times for chicken breasts: approximately 12 minutes on one side, then 10 minutes on the other.
    It depends on the thickness of the breasts.)
