Pina Colada - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 scoops pineapple-coconut ice cream (or) you can use 1 scoop pineapple sorbet, 1 scoop of coconut sorbet
1/2 c. canned lite coconut milk
1 1/2 Tbsp. dark rum flavoring
Preparation

Blend ice cream and milk with flavoring. Pour in a glass, top with fresh pineapple chunks.
