2 lb. chuck or round steak
1 envelope Lipton beef flavor-mushroom mix
Preparation

Place meat on foil and sprinkle both sides with beef-mushroom mix.
Wrap loosely, sealing airtight.
Place in shallow pan and bake for 1 hour or until tender at 375\u00b0.
