Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Cheddar cheese crackers, crushed
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1 1/2 c. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. V-8
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Blend crackers and spices.
    Add beef, egg and V-8.
    Make into 1 1/2-inch balls (16).
    Place in glass pie plate; cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
