Easy Nut Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large potato, grated
1 large carrot, grated
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. ground walnuts
1 can mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. oil
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. Bakon yeast
Preparation

Combine all ingredients together.
Spray 9 x 9-inch baking dish and pour into it.
Spread evenly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8.
