Low Calorie Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. lemon peel
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco
    1/4 c. celery, minced
    3/4 c. cooked shrimp, cut up and veined
Preparation
    Blend the cottage cheese, lemon peel and juice, dill, salt and Tabasco in a blender until smooth.
    Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve sprinkled with additional cut up parsley.
    Yields 2 cups.
