Crustless Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 c. cubed Brick cheese
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    6 lightly beaten eggs
    6 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Thaw and squeeze all moisture from spinach.
    Combine spinach with remaining ingredients.
    Bake in buttered 9-inch pie pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    (Can substitute shredded Cheddar.)
