Herb Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 deboned chicken breasts
1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1/2 stick margarine
1 c. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation

Melt margarine in microwave. Add mayonnaise and mustard; blend. Dip chicken in mixture; coat generously. Next coat chicken with stuffing mix. Place chicken in large baking dish. Bake, covered, for 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0. Remove foil and bake for 20 to 25 more minutes or until chicken is crispy.
