Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. picked crab meat
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 tsp. seafood seasoning
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire saue
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine and mix well all ingredients and make into patties. Fry in cooking oil on medium heat until brown.
May be served with saltine crackers.
