Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium size eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. granulated sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. allspice
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
    Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
    Mix lightly, but well.
    Add dry ingredients and mix together.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
