Fruit Cake Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. red candied cherries, cut up
1 lb. green candied cherries, cut up
1 lb. candied pineapple, cut up
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can condensed milk
1 box yellow cake mix
2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans coconut
4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Coat fruit, nuts and coconut with cake mix in a large bowl. Add eggs, milk and vanilla; mix thoroughly.
Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Adjust time for smaller muffins.
Makes 36 (2 1/2-inch) muffins.
