Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium-size Winesap apples, peeled and chopped fine
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. fresh orange juice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
Preparation

Mix and pour in an unbaked pie shell.
Bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0 and then 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
