Sinfully Rich Nonfat Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
cake (optional)
nonfat frozen yogurt (optional)
2 tsp. vanilla
assorted fresh fruit, cut up (optional)
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation

In small saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa and cornstarch; gradually stir in evaporated milk.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly with whisk, until mixture boils; continue cooking and stirring until thickened and smooth.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
Serve warm or cold with assorted fresh fruit, cake or nonfat frozen yogurt, if desired.
Cover; refrigerate leftover sauce.
Makes 7 servings.
