Vegetable Medley Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag frozen broccoli, carrots, cauliflower combination, thawed and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (4 oz.) jar chipped, drained pimiento (optional)
1 can Durkee French fried onions
Preparation

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimiento and 1/2 can fried onions.
Bake in covered casserole for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes longer.
