Savory Mushroom Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. fresh mushroom halves
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet melt butter.
    Stir in remaining ingredients except parsley.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are tender (3 to 4 minutes).
    Stir in parsley.
