Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 peppers, cut in half
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil the peppers 5 minutes. Brown the ground beef and onions. Drain.
    Mix tomato sauce with water. Add onion and beef mixture with rice and half the tomato sauce, egg, salt and pepper. Stuff peppers.
    Pour remaining sauce over top.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
