Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. plain flour
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 roll Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple (reserve syrup)
Preparation

Grease casserole dish; mix sugar, flour and juice of pineapple.
Add 1/2 cup of the cheese to mixture and the crushed pineapple.
Pour into casserole dish; add remaining cheese and cracker crumbs on top.
Pour melted butter over crackers.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until bubbly.
