Coconut Milk Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 coconut in shell
    3 c. unbleached white flour
    2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3 to 4 c. warm water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    5 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. raisins
    2 pkg. Fleischmann's yeast
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    In one-half cup warm water, mix 1 teaspoon sugar with yeast. Let sit until yeast rises.
    Remove coconut meat from shell; rinse and grate.
    Add 2 cups warm water to pulp; mix and squeeze out milk.
    Repeat with 1 1/2 cups warm water.
    Discard pulp.
