Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. grated yellow cheese
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm crumbs
Preparation
    Dice carrots.
    Cook in salted water until fork-tender; drain. Add chopped onion to melted margarine and saute for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add all other ingredients to diced carrots, reserving 1 cup of crumbs.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Top with 1 cup crumbs and dot with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbling, about 20 minutes.
