Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    3 c. shredded carrot
    3/4 c. drained, crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a tube pan or two 9-inch layer cake pans.
    Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
    Add oil, eggs and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Fold in nuts, carrots, coconut and pineapple.
    Bake in tube pan 1 hour or in layer cake pans 30 minutes.
