Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 large cans pineapple tidbits (20 oz., undrained)
1 stick oleo, melted
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Mix together the sugar, cornstarch and pineapple in casserole dish.
Mix oleo, cheese and crackers.
Spread over first mixture as a topping.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until brown.
