Salmon Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 prepared taco shells
    1 ripe avocado
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 c. shredded lettuce
    1 (1 lb.) can red or pink salmon, drained and flaked
    1 large tomato, sliced
    taco sauce for serving
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 180\u00b0C.
    Place taco shells on tray and crisp in oven for 6 to 7 minutes.
    Peel, stone and slice the avocado.
    Brush sides with cold water to prevent discoloration.
    Fill taco shells with layers of avocado, lettuce, salmon, tomato and cheese.
    Top with hot sauce before serving.
    Makes 12 tacos.
