Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. persimmons
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. soda
    2 c. self-rising flour
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix all together; add 4 eggs and beat 1 minute. Then add milk, melted margarine, vanilla, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Cook at 350\u00b0 until done.
