Caramel Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/3 c. undiluted evaporated milk
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    3 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix margarine, milk, brown sugar and salt in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat; add vanilla. Blend in enough confectioners sugar for good spreading consistency.
    Makes enough for a 2 layer cake.
