Pierogi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Cover.
    Let rest for 15 minutes before shaping. Cut round circles out with a large glass.
    Fill with desired filling. Pinch closed.
    Cover and let rest.
    Pinch side again before boiling.
