Tex-Mex Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. Velveeta Mexican cheese, cubed
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. cilantro or parsley
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, 1/4 pound cheese,
    egg,
    onion,
    cilantro
    and pepper.
    Mix well. Shape into loaf
    in
    1 1/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or to desired doneness.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Combine remaining
    cheese,
    cilantro
    and
    milk
    in saucepan;
    stir
    over low
    heat until smooth.
    Pour over meat loaf.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
