Peanut Brittle Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cook sugar, water and syrup until mixture spins a thread.
    Add 2 cups raw Spanish peanuts.
    Cook until mixture turns a light golden brown.
    Add margarine, vanilla and baking soda.
    Mixture will fluff up when you add the baking soda and mix.
    Pour quickly onto Teflon or buttered cookie sheet.
