Polka Dot Meat Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. frozen loose-pack hash brown potatoes
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 c. tomato sauce
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs (1 slice)
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    There's no need to grease the muffin cups for these individual meat loaves.
