Cajun Fried Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. turkey (fresh or thawed)
    3/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. liquid garlic juice
    2 Tbsp. liquid onion juice
    2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    peanut oil (to cover)
Preparation
    Remove the giblets, neck and wing tips from the turkey for making the stock.
    It is best to plan on frying the turkey outside on a butane cooker with a 12 to 15 gallon pot.
