Five Star Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
8 oz. bittersweet chocolate
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
3 Tbsp. butter
2 to 3 Tbsp. dark rum or to taste (if desired)
Preparation

Cook and reduce cream over moderate high heat for 15 minutes. Whisk in dark sugar; whisk until smooth.
Remove from heat.
Stir in chocolates and stir until melted.
Whisk in butter and whisk until smooth.
Add flavoring if desired.
Store in fridge.
Warm before serving.
Makes 3 cups.
