Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    5 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    8 small cubes Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Slice raw, peeled potatoes into casseroles.
    Put in dish. Cook butter, flour, salt and milk until thick.
    Add cheese, cut into small pieces.
    Pour mixture over potatoes and cook for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Stir occasionally.
