Jalapeno Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup cream
2 tablespoons margarine
1 pint large curd cottage cheese
2 pounds velveeta cheese
1 medium finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped green pepper
1 finely chopped pod garlic
4 finely chopped jalapenos
Preparation

Mix flour and cream in saucepan.
Add margarine and cheese. Melt on lowest heat.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until thick, stirring occasionally.
Keeps several weeks in refrigerator.
