Almost Chicken And Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 good size chicken, boiled and boned
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 can cream of onion soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. chopped celery (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Make cornbread as usual.
    Crumble baked cornbread.
    Melt 1 stick butter and pour over breadcrumbs.
    Layer in greased casserole dish, beginning with cornbread crumbs, then chicken mixture, then topped with breadcrumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until browned.
