Louis' Favorite Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked pinto beans
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans tomatoes
    2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 or 3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. cumin
    salt to taste
    1 jar mushrooms (optional)
    2 c. cooked Spanish rice (optional)
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in large pot and cook for at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
