Polynesian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pieces chicken breast
    2/3 c. water
    1 bottle Russian dressing
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 jar apricot and/or peach preserves
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Cover with aluminum foil the first 45 minutes.
    Cook, uncovered, the last 45 minutes, basting with juices.
