Four Cheese Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. pasta bows, cooked and drained according to pkg. directions
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. chopped onion, sauteed until soft
3 c. finely chopped tomatoes
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

While pasta bows are cooking, combine the other ingredients in a saucepan and cook on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
In a 13 x 9-inch pan, pour a thin layer of sauce mixture, 1/3 pasta, 1 cup Ricotta cheese, 4 slices Mozzarella cheese, 1/3 pasta, 4 slices Swiss cheese, 1/3 pasta, remaining sauce and top with 4 slices Provolone cheese.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes until casserole is hot and bubbly.
