Mexican Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    celery to taste (1 to 3 pieces)
    5 to 10 strips bacon
    1 Tbsp. flour
    chili powder to taste (1 to 3 tsp.)
    1 c. water
    2 c. tomatoes
    small can baby peas
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    small bag frozen or fresh shrimp
Preparation
    In large skillet cook together onion, celery and bacon until bacon is cooked.
    Add flour and chili powder; mix well.
    Slowly pour in water, cook about 15 minutes.
    Add tomatoes, peas and sugar, cook 15 minutes.
    Add shrimp and cook until shrimp is warmed through.
    Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
