Chocolate Layered Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
    1 c. pecans or almonds, chopped
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    large Cool Whip
    2 small boxes chocolate instant pudding mix
    milk for pudding
Preparation
    Add nuts to melted butter.
    Add flour.
    Press into baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes (should be light brown); cool. Cream the cheese with sugar, vanilla and 1/2 Cool Whip.
    Spread over cooled crust.
    Mix pudding according to package directions. Spread over cream cheese mixture.
    Top with remaining Cool Whip. Garnish with nuts.
    Chill overnight.
