Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage or kielbasa
2 1/2 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 c. water
1/3 c. Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. green pepper
1/4 c. pimento
Preparation

Grease dish; line dish with potatoes.
In separate pan, heat soup and water.
Add cheese and melt, then add sausage, pepper and pimento.
Pour over potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
