Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pork tenderloins
    4 strips lean bacon
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. grated onion
    3 Tbsp. vinegar cider
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Place tenderloins side by side in large roasting pan. Wrap bacon across both, tucking the ends under the tenderloins. Combine rest of ingredients; pour over top. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 3/4 to 2 hours. Baste often with juices during cooking. Can be marinated for several hours or baked immediately.
