Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 (medium) yellow squash, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash, onion and pepper in small amount of water until tender.
    Drain and add all other ingredients, except 1/2 of cheese and cracker crumbs.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese and crumbs on top. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
