Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 good size potatoes
    1 stick butter
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. onion, diced
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes.
    Melt butter and cheese.
    Mix potatoes, butter, cheese, sour cream and onion together.
    Place in casserole dish overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until warmed completely.
    Really a favorite of our family picnic!
