Baked Cheese Hominy Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. whole milk
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. hominy grits/slow cooking
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. grated Gruyere cheese
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Bring milk to boil; add butter.
    Stir in grits.
    Resume boiling; stir until mixture takes on look of cooked farina.
    Stir in Gruyere cheese; season with salt and pepper.
    Beat with mixer for 5 minutes.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until golden, about 35 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 10.
