Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Beat eggs; add milk, bread, salt and mustard.
    Add sausage and then cheese.
    Bake in greased 9 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Let cool 5 minutes before serving. This may be made up ahead and kept in fridge overnight.
    Leftovers reheat well.
